Ekvall & Byrne, LLP was formed in July 1999 and is comprised of lawyers who share an exceptional commitment to our clients and a passion for the practice of law. The firm is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and listed in A.M. Best’s Directories of Recommended Insurance Attorneys.

When a new matter is entrusted to us, we examine the facts and applicable law and provide our clients with a detailed assessment of litigation and settlement options – and the likely outcome and cost associated with each. We do not assume that every case is best resolved by going to trial – and generating the legal expenses associated with that endeavor. We look at your issue and see a problem we can solve, by going to court if necessary. We believe a willingness to go to court, coupled with our record of success there, will have a positive effect on settlement discussions. If a case goes to trial our lawyers are able to transform even the most complicated disputes and legal or factual arguments into compelling evidence that tells the jury what happened and lets them see the case in the most favorable light for our client.
